Festejar pricing: 4% + €0.50 per order, no monthly fee
Festejar has no monthly fee and no setup fee. For each order, the commission is 4% of the subtotal plus €0.50, with card processing fees included. It comes out of the booking fee buyers pay and, for nightclubs, whatever is left goes to the club.
Nightclubs: the margin goes to the club
Buyers pay a booking fee that you choose (10% by default). The Festejar commission comes out of it and the rest goes to the club. Example with €12 tickets:

Festivals: the festival keeps 100% of the price
Buyers pay exactly the commission as a booking fee and the festival receives the full price of every ticket. Example with €15 tickets and a €35 pass:

Why it is per order and not per ticket
The fixed €0.50 is charged once per order, whether it has one ticket or four. That is why multi-ticket orders leave a bigger margin for the club: with €12 tickets and a 10% booking fee, a 4-ticket order leaves €2.38 for the club.
When you get paid
You choose between two options: get the money from each event in one payout 10 days after it ends, or get paid continuously, a few days after each purchase, once the payment processor releases the funds. Either way, the money goes straight to your bank account.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a monthly fee or a setup fee?+
No. You only pay the commission on orders you sell: 4% of the subtotal + €0.50 per order.
Who pays the card processing fees?+
They are included in the 4% + €0.50. There is no extra cost for card payments.
What happens if I set the booking fee to 0%?+
Then buyers pay no booking fee and the Festejar commission is deducted from what the club receives. The booking fee can be set anywhere from 0% to 20%.
Can the buyer pay exactly the commission?+
Yes. That is the model festivals use: the booking fee is exactly 4% + €0.50 per order and the organiser receives 100% of every ticket price.
Is there a minimum number of sales?+
No. If you sell no tickets in a month, you pay nothing.
Does the shop have the same commission?+
Yes. Shop orders carry the same 4% + €0.50 per order commission.
Can we change the booking fee later?+
Yes. You can change it in the club settings, anywhere from 0% to 20%, and it applies to new orders.
