Lists for each promoter, guests, press or artists are checked in with the same app as tickets. At the door you see how many people from each list are in and how many are still to come.

Each promoter has their own list with its own capacity. When it fills up, the door app shows “List exhausted”.

At festivals, guests, press and artists come in through guest lists at the same gate as everyone else, with no separate clipboard.
