Why move from Codetickets to Festejar

  1. 01

A price you can read before you call

    Before, with Codetickets
Codetickets publishes no rates for organisers: just a contact form and a “commercial proposal”.[1][2]
    Now, with Festejar
4% + €0.50 per order, VAT and card fees included, on the pricing page.
  2. 02

If you cancel the party, buyers get everything back

    Before, with Codetickets
The purchase terms say the distribution fee is not refunded “under any circumstances”.[2]
    Now, with Festejar
When you refund an order, the buyer also gets the booking fee back.
  3. 03

From codetickets.com/portal to the venue’s domain

    Before, with Codetickets
Each venue gets a portal in its own colours, but inside codetickets.com.[3]
    Now, with Festejar
Listings, gallery, shop and tickets on your website, on your domain.
  4. 04

    Booking fees the club collects

    Before, with Codetickets
According to the purchase terms, the distribution fee the buyer pays does not go to the venue.[2]
    Now, with Festejar
You set them yourselves, from 0% to 20%, and they go into the club’s account.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Codetickets charge per ticket?

Codetickets does not publish its organiser rates: its website only offers a contact form. What you can see is what buyers pay: on the parties we checked, booking fees ranged from €0 to about 6% of the price.

When does the club get paid with Codetickets?

Codetickets does not publish when it pays organisers. With Festejar you get paid a few days after each purchase, or all at once 10 days after the party.

Can I switch from Codetickets with parties already on sale?

Yes. Parties already on sale can finish on Codetickets while you publish new ones on your website with Festejar. Nothing has to close on the same day.

Lots of local venues already use Codetickets. Why switch?

Other venues using it doesn’t mean its deal suits you, especially when there is no published price to compare it with. With Festejar the price is out in the open, people buy on your website, and the dashboard, website and door app are in Catalan.

See it with your own parties.

Already using a ticketing platform? Most clubs are. We set up the website with your real parties and, if you like it, help you switch between one party and the next.
