No sign-up, straight from the phone: buyers pick a ticket from the open tier, pay by card in a single step and get their tickets instantly by email, as PDF and in their wallet.

The Festejar Equip app runs on iPhone and Android. Door staff hold to scan, or search by name or email when someone can't find their QR code.

Frequently asked questions
How much does Festejar cost for a nightclub?+
There is no monthly fee and no setup fee. Festejar charges 4% + €0.50 per order, card processing fees included. It comes out of the booking fee buyers pay, which you set (from 0% to 20%, 10% by default), and whatever is left goes to the club.
Do we have to leave our current ticketing provider straight away?+
No. You can start by selling tickets for a single event and compare. The website, agenda and gallery add value even while your other events stay where they are.
Do buyers have to create an account?+
No. They buy from their phone with an email address and a card, and get their tickets instantly by email, as PDF and in their wallet.
When does the club get paid?+
You choose: in one payout 10 days after each event ends, or continuously, a few days after each purchase, once the payment processor releases the funds. The money goes straight to the club’s bank account and the dashboard shows what is coming and when.
What do we need to get started?+
Your logo, a few photos and your upcoming events. We set up the website and, to get paid, you create a Stripe account during onboarding, which is where your sales are paid out.
Can tickets be refunded?+
Yes. Orders can be refunded from the club dashboard, and at the door the app flags refunded tickets.
Can we email our customers?+
Yes. From the dashboard you can email event announcements or promotions to buyers who opted in to receive them.
