We make the switch for you, without pausing sales
- We set up the website on your domain with your parties, and you review it before anything goes live
- Parties already on sale finish on DICE; new ones go out on your website
- Download your data from DICE before closing the account, and announce the new website on Instagram and through your promoters: DICE’s rules don’t allow marketing to the full buyer export
- From day one, the door checks in with Festejar Equip, and people get in with the ticket from their email

Frequently asked questions
How much does DICE charge per ticket?
DICE’s self sign-up terms for Spain set a 6% + VAT service fee on the ticket’s face value, with a €1 minimum, and a 2.5% + VAT transaction fee on the face value plus that service fee. Negotiated partnership deals have private fees.
When does the club get paid with DICE?
According to its self sign-up terms for Spain, DICE pays within 5 business days of the party. Advances before the party are at its discretion.
Can I switch from DICE with parties already on sale?
Yes. Parties already on sale can finish on DICE while you publish new ones on your website with Festejar. Nothing has to close on the same day.
Will I lose the audience from DICE’s marketplace?
The people who come to your parties mostly find you through Instagram and your promoters, and those links will now lead to your website. There, every purchase grows your own customer list. On DICE, by contrast, the app recommends other events to buyers based on what they have bought.
